Why am I going out of my way to leave a review for TipTop Roof? This is a company that excels in customer service and workmanship. Will not hesitate at all to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family. The priority was to repair a roof before the predicted rain would come. They did not delay one day to look at the situation and offer an estimate. We could see where it was coming in our attic-less house and showed TipTop the ceiling. The very next day we were scheduled for this ’emergency’ repair. They fit us in without rushing and cutting corners. They did not assume where the problem was but actually looked below the place that appeared to be leaking in our steel roof. It was a bit larger and deeper. It was where asphalt shingles met steel roof. Experience and expertise led the investigation to correct this problem not with a temporary fix ( 2-4 years ) but a long lasting fix. All of this was well communicated and we were shown before, in the process and after photos of the roof top to be clear on what was needed, what was discovered and what more was to be repaired. There was no increase in the quoted amount, though the work uncovered another layer. TipTop Roofing provided excellent information and quality work. I am keeping them in my phone listing and am confident in sharing the name to others who need a roof repair. They also do total roof replacements.

Just finished at the beginning of the week. Changed insurance companies and they said the roof needed to be replaced. I didn’t think it was that bad until we started the job. Very happy that we got it done when we did because it may not have lasted the winter. 58 sheets of plywood had to be replaced because 20 years ago when it was last done they did a horrible job, so the plywood was soft and rotting on all the flatish areas (80% of the house). We are so happy with the end result and price. We got estimates from a few companies and Tip Top came in with the best price, using the same materials as the other guys. If anyone is looking for a roof, I definitely recommend Dominic and his team. At the end of the project they cleaned everything up like they were never hear. We now have a 50 year warranty and a properly installed roof.

I received several estimates from several different companies. Pricing was all over the place . I came across an advertisement for TIp Top Roofing. Dominic set up a date and time. After looking at my roof Dominic asked if he could look in the attic. He was the only person that took the time to look in the attic and also took the time to show me where my problem areas were and explained how he was going to take care of it. Not only does he offer a great product (Owen’s Corning) his crew did an amazing job. His crew was knowledgeable about the product and explained how they installed it The best looking roof on my street and the lead flashing on my chimneys looks amazing and I have yet to find a Single nail anywhere in my yard Thanks again Dominic you have a great crew and company

Dominic and his crew at Tip Top Roofing were amazing to work with. We were in a pinch and needed the job done quickly, and he came through for us. He kept us updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Dominic and his crew did excellent work on our complete roof replacement. We got six quotes and tip top was the lowest by far and they had the same materials, training, & certifications as the much higher quotes. Dominic was the only team that actually showed us his insurance and warranty paperwork. The dumpster and material were delivered the day before just as Dominic promised. The day of the replacement his crew arrived on time and were very professional. Before they began the work they took care to protect our property from any damage, The work was done efficiently and professionally, see the before & after photos I’ve attached. I was very happy and impressed with tip top roofing and have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Hired them to redo a nearly flat roof with rubber. Reasonably priced and very responsive. Had to come back to fix a couple of things and did so right away. I would hire them again.
