Just finished at the beginning of the week. Changed insurance companies and they said the roof needed to be replaced. I didn't think it was that bad until we started the job. Very happy that we got it done when we did because it may not have lasted the winter. 58 sheets of plywood had to be replaced because 20 years ago when it was last done they did a horrible job, so the plywood was soft and rotting on all the flatish areas (80% of the house). We are so happy with the end result and price. We got estimates from a few companies and Tip Top came in with the best price, using the same materials as the other guys. If anyone is looking for a roof, I definitely recommend Dominic and his team. At the end of the project they cleaned everything up like they were never hear. I received several estimates from several different companies. Pricing was all over the place . I came across an advertisement for TIp Top Roofing. Dominic set up a date and time. After looking at my roof Dominic asked if he could look in the attic. He was the only person that took the time to look in the attic and also took the time to show me where my problem areas were and explained how he was going to take care of it. Not only does he offer a great product (Owen’s Corning) his crew did an amazing job. We were in a pinch and needed the job done quickly, and he came through for us. He kept us updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. We got six quotes and tip top was the lowest by far and they had the same materials, training, & certifications as the much higher quotes. Dominic was the only team that actually showed us his insurance and warranty paperwork. The dumpster and material were delivered the day before just as Dominic promised. The day of the replacement his crew arrived on time and were very professional. Before they began the work they took care to protect our property from any damage, The work was done efficiently and professionally, see the before & after photos I’ve attached.
